The composite culture of Africa and the Middle East incorporate Mass Communication and Journalism in all its languages and regions. Socioeconomic development, emancipative cultural change and democratization constitute a coherent syndrome of social progress, which can only be attain through the broadening of human choices, by increasing individual resources; rising emancipative values; and institutionalizing freedom rights.
